Absolutely you can feed them dried seed. Just keep in mind that birds will have a harder time eating it unless you crush it up. The squirrels and chipmunks will have no problem.Can you feed dried green bean seeds to birds, squirrels, and chipmunks during winter?
Don't see why not, birds eat just about any seed. Don't know about chipmunks though.
