Why don't squirrels fall when they run across a telephone wire?

The same reason a tightrope walker doesn't fall. He uses his tail as balance, they have plenty of practice. Plus, their feet wrap right around the wire and help stabilize them. Until they get zapped climbing on the transformer. Why don't squirrels fall when they run across a telephone wire?
Well like cats they have tails. Their tails help them keep their balance when they need to walk across something that is high up.Why don't squirrels fall when they run across a telephone wire?
I guess they hold one with their claws.
Sharp claws.
I think they do fall off occasionally because I see them run over in the street under the telephone wire.
cause their tails help balance them while on the wire but have seen them fall
Because they are squirrels.
They got magnets on their feet. Yup, that's it.
They have a tail for better balance and four legs. It is probably really easy for them.
who sez they don't sometimes?
those tiny little feet and that big big tail for counterbalance. they are good at it.
because they are balnced within.............................yeah sure they use their claws...until the claws break through the insolated outer layer and they get electrocuted.
cause they have good balence skills
I think because they have little claws. There claws hold onto the wire when going across and they have good balance.
They run along with there tail for balance so they don't fall off.
