Where do the squirrels go on days like today when it's a blizzard? they are usually walking on power lines?

They are curled up inside trees with their tails wrapped around their bodies for warmth. They have bellies full of nuts.

Happy warm squirrlies!Where do the squirrels go on days like today when it's a blizzard? they are usually walking on power lines?
Look up in the trees around you. You will see ';ball shaped clumps'; of leaves. They will in the upper branches. That is a squirrel nest and that is where they go. They also jump from tree to tree. Sit sometime and observe them. They also make a ';clicking type sound'; that is called a bark. They love corn and peanuts if your town allows you to feed them.Where do the squirrels go on days like today when it's a blizzard? they are usually walking on power lines?
Those big balls of leaves up in the trees are squirrel nests. They are up there.
I think they hide inside of hollow tree trunks.
Inside trees. Where their storage of nuts and acorns are.
I believe squirrels are like bears in that they hibernate through winter. hence why they have to store nuts...
They stay in their warm nests...
they burrow in the ground or hide in hollow trees
lol i see one out my window sitting on a tree :]
