Lets say I'm somewhere such as along the Monocacy river going fishing but get bored because of the slow bite. Can I take out my slingshot get a headshot on a squirrel, start a campfire, and cook the squirrel to eat with out a license. I don't know if there is a squirrel season and could not find anything on the DNR website.Hunting squirrels in MD?
Squirrel is a game animal. Unless Maryland has a landowner exemption and you're hunting on your own land, you need to have a license to hunt squirrel.Hunting squirrels in MD?
